These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Hainan Corporate Services Group ("HCSG", "we", "us" or "our") provides services. Specific engagements are governed by the written service agreement and itemised quote you sign, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
1. Services description
HCSG provides corporate services for companies entering and operating in China through the Hainan Free Trade Port. These include, but are not limited to, company formation and registration, corporate banking assistance, immigration and visa support, tax and accounting services, legal and compliance advisory, HR and payroll administration, logistics and trade facilitation, Canton Fair services, business invitation letters, sourcing support, interpretation and translation, and related market-entry consulting.
Each service is described in general terms on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timeline and exclusions for any engagement are set out in the written quote and service agreement provided before work begins.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, visa issuance, licence grant, bank account opening, tax status, or government decision. Government and consular authorities make all approval decisions in their sole discretion, and processing times, requirements and interpretations can change without notice.
Any figures, timelines, success rates or policy references on this website are based on published government policy and our historical experience. They are illustrations, not promises. Your eligibility depends on your specific circumstances, documents and the authorities' review.
3. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and about the Hainan Free Trade Port. It is not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice, and it does not create a client or attorney-client relationship. A formal client relationship begins only when both parties sign a service agreement.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or republish the content or design of this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Engagements
- Every engagement is preceded by a written, itemised quote. The quoted fee is the fee; government charges, third-party disbursements and pass-through costs are listed separately at cost.
- Timelines communicated before engagement are good-faith estimates based on current processing times of the relevant authorities and can be affected by factors outside our control.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all documents and information you provide for filings, and for responding promptly to requests.
- Fees are payable only to the company's registered accounts. Our staff will never ask you to pay to a personal account, wallet or third-party platform not named in our official invoice.
- Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination clause in the applicable service agreement. Fees already earned or paid for completed work, government filings or non-refundable deposits are generally not refundable.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, imagery, trademarks and documentation of this website belong to HCSG and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified for commercial purposes without permission. Documents we prepare for your engagement are provided for your use for that engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCSG's liability arising out of or in connection with the website or any general information provided through it is limited to the amount you paid to HCSG for the specific service giving rise to the liability, or USD 500, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or loss-of-profit damages, or for any loss arising from government delays, denials, changes in law, errors in documents you provided, or events outside our reasonable control. Liability under a signed service agreement is as defined in that agreement, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These website terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and, where applicable, the jurisdiction of Hainan Province. Service agreements state their own governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism, which will prevail where it differs from these terms.
