Our story 缘起
Built in Haikou, for people who aren't here.
HCSG started with a simple observation: China market entry was being sold by two kinds of firms. Big-city consultancies billing Shanghai rates for junior staff and templates, and anonymous online agents who vanish after the invoice clears.
Neither works for the businesses that actually drive world trade: importers, exporters, traders, manufacturers. Companies where the owner signs the wire transfer personally and can't afford to be wrong.
So we built the third kind: a licensed team physically in Haikou, at the centre of China's most business-friendly experiment, doing the whole job. Formation, banking, tax, visas, trade, under one roof, for a fixed written price. Ten years and five hundred companies later, that's still the entire model.
