Hainan Corporate Services Group ("HCSG", "we") provides corporate services to international businesses entering the Chinese market. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of client engagements.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our consultation form or messaging channels: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the description of your enquiry.
Engagement information provided during service delivery: identification and corporate documents required for government filings (for example passports, certificates of incorporation, bank references).
Technical data generated by visiting this site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, where analytics are enabled.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, complete government registrations you instruct us to make, meet legal and accounting obligations, and communicate about your engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use engagement documents for any purpose other than the services you have instructed.

Sharing

Information is shared only where service delivery requires it: with Chinese government authorities as part of filings you instruct, with banks during account opening you request, and with professional partners (for example licensed PRC litigators) engaged on your matter with your knowledge. Each recipient receives only what its role requires.

Storage and security

Engagement documents are stored on access-controlled systems available only to staff working on your file. We retain records for as long as your engagement is active and thereafter as required by PRC accounting and corporate regulations.

Your choices
